Implemented entry exclusions in UI.

* Resolved D0020: Add exclusion filter for entries.
* Refactored ``timeline`` fields of several objects in ``ts.js`` to be
  ``timelineModel`` to be explicit.
* Added support for exclusions in ``EntryListView.renderOne`` and
  ``EntryListView.render``.
